InovaTech Inc. anticipates the need to fill additional Full Spectrum Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) Level C Instruction and instructional support positions at Fort Rucker, AL at the government request in the near future.  We have provided support to the Fort Rucker SERE program for the last 5+ years and are seeking the following individuals to support Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Program.

Course Registrar

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide course registration and administration tasks. Assist with liaison services between U.S. Army units (Active Duty, Reserve and Guard), other DOD service branches, and Federal Government agencies with Fort Rucker SERE program. Additional tasks, to include (but not limited to):

  • Conduct in-/out-processing activities of students.
    • Provide internal management of scheduled student class loads.
    • Ensure course information is accurate and up-to-date in Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS).
  • Perform administrative functions associated with student registration and accounting.
    • Prepare and maintain class rosters.
  • Assemble student registration packages (i.e., medical forms, medical waivers) and provide the information to the medical staff for review.
    • Maintain/Update student elimination/graduation matrix.
  • Ensure Contractor personnel comply with Government annual training requirements (Anti-Terrorism Level 1 training, etc.).
  • Submit status of all areas of responsibility in a weekly reports.

Additional Duties:

When not actively engaged in the implementation and/or execution of student training, provide support for the following SERE course and administrative activities:

1. Conduct the In-Service Training Program for military cadre and instructor staff.
2. Assist with the development, maintenance, and implementation of new SERE training schedules.
3. Assist in research, design, develop, and recommend new SERE training doctrine relative to SERE Level-C Full Spectrum training requirements integration.
4. In coordination with the SERE Course Manager, suggest modifications to SERE training curriculum to ensure currency and relevance to the Personnel Recovery, DOD, and JPRA SERE programs. Any changes or modification are subject to approval by the SERE Course Manager.
5. Supports design, develop, and execute a continuous improvement process allowing for the improvement and implementation of internal and external logistical support requirements necessary to support the SERE training program, the U.S. Army SERE School, and Fort Rucker.
6. Maintain SERE training facilities, and as required, SERE support facilities in clean and serviceable state; report facility issues to applicable government section personnel for submission of work orders, as appropriate.
7. Serves as alternate Facility Security Officer (FSO).

1. Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
2. Associates Degree  preferred.


  • Have a minimum of a SECRET clearance.
  • Documented successful experience.
  • Ability to plan, organize  and develop schedules  and milestones for program goals.
  •  Be  computer literate (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point,  etc).
