Admission Policy For Our Continuing Education Courses

The InovaTech staff understands that the decision of attending a continuing education course is intended to provide the expertise needed to be successful in the workplace.

We have committed to make the enrollment process simple and fast for our students.

If needed, but not mandatory, each continuing education student may set an appointment with either the Director of Education or the Admissions Office to establish his/her educational goals.

1. Based on the result of the initial interview, an Enrollment Agreement must be filled out. The agreement provides all needed enrollment policies that the student must be aware of at time of registration. One form must be filled out for each course the student wishes to attend. The enrollment agreement is a binding contract between the student and InovaTech. After both parties sign the agreement, the student will receive a copy of the agreement.

2. No student is enrolled in a course(s) until payment has been received for the course(s).

3. No additional forms are filled out for Continuing Education courses.

4. No transcripts are needed for enrollment in our continuing education courses. Once course is completed and the grade is issued, students can request copies of their continuing education transcript.

5. Each student must be 17 years or older to be allowed to attend a continuing education course with InovaTech.

6. It is the policy of InovaTech that each class must be paid before the class begins. For payment policies, please read the paragraph called “Payment Policy”. The tuition includes the class book, the student supplies, snacks and sodas. The tuition does include the fee for the certification exams.

7. There is no admission fee in any of the InovaTech continuing education courses.

8. Once the enrollment agreement is filled out and payment has been received, the student is enrolled in the continuing education course(s).
